Ordering Guide

You can browse, and shop in all site areas before checking out through our secure order system, which uses SSL encryption for your order details.

A PRODUCT SEARCH facility is available from the lower site toolbar, and may be used at any time to find elusive products.

To add a product to the shopping cart just click the 'ADD TO CART' buttons on the product lists or product data sheet.

Your order contents can be reviewed, added to, or emptied at any time by selecting 'VIEW SHOPPING BASKET' on the lower site toolbar.

When you are ready to complete an order, you will be asked to select the order region in order to calculate delivery costs. At this point you can print out the order or continue to the payment and delivery area. If you are not already logged in,  you will need your user name and password to proceed further.

If you do not have an account, you will be able to open one and then continue with your order. Please take time to read our terms and conditions which are there to protect all our rights, just select 'LEGAL' from the lower toolbar at any time.

You will be asked to enter credit/debit card information only when an order is placed and for security this information will be deleted from the web site once your order has been processed.

###### IMPORTANT MESSAGE about payment methods ######

To pay by Credit or Debit card: Do not check the "Manual Payment" check box, you will then be asked for card and billing information, and we will need the following details:-

1.  A house number in your address details (if possible).
2.  A Post or Zip code in your address details.(if possible)
3.  Your credit card CVV/CSC number (This is the 3 digit number on the BACK of your card or the 4 digits on the front of some AMEX cards).

You will be asked to enter credit/debit card information only when an order is placed and for security this information will be deleted from the web site once your order has been processed.

To pay by PAYPAL:  Check the "Manual Payment" check box to disable the card details and ask (using the order comments box) for us to e-mail you a PayPal payment request, please note this may take 2-3 days, just ask us to e-mail you a PayPal payment invoice (a small charge is applied to all orders to cover Paypal Administration, contact us for a quote).
