| A comprehensive 1/35th scale update set designed by Rob Tearle for the Trumpeter Challenger-2 kits (00308, 00323 & 00345). The set includes many replacement detail items, brass skirting and mudflap set, new gun, commanders sight, smoke dischargers, gpmg cupola and mounting and many other correction and replacement parts.
This set is for a typical 'Operation Telic' 2002 deployed vehicle and is fitted with DL-2 lower nose reactive armour and revised passive side armour packs, revised sand guards and sand reduction sets.
Also included are a full set of Thermal Identification Panels (TIP)and the Thermal Exhaust Covers (TEC).

Other sets for standard vehicles (A053), and 'UN/KOSOVO' (A053K)are also available. We also have a replacement turret set (A053T), replacement wheels and idlers (A073) (not really required with this update as so little of the Trumpeter wheels can be seen!),and replacement track and sprockets (T68). |
