The detailed description of the FV180 Combat Engineer Tractor (CET) is the same for our basic kit K052. When deployed in a river bank or beach ramp preperation mode the CET is fitted out with inflated buoyancy aids, rigid flotation pods, and deployed wash board.
When swimming the Rocket Propelled Anchor (RPA) is fitted in case the vehicle has trouble getting out of the watercourse. This 1:35th scale model of the CET by Tim Babb includes all of the above plus cables, dispenser rods, shackles and recovery ropes.
A good model for diorama's particularly where Bridgelayers or Ferries are in use. |
